About your course developer:
Sandra Forrest has spent 32 years developing Study Skills programmes underpinned by decades of research in the field of Self-Regulated Learning, including her own doctoral research. She also draws on cognitive behavioural science and neuroscience to ensure the why's, what's and how's of learning are all comprehensively integrated into the strategies her programmes emphasise. Sandra isn't just driven by her passionate belief in hidden potential and confidence that a self-regulated approach can unlock that potential; she's driven by the knowledge that excellence is a habit, achievable by anyone who is ambitious enough to learn how to learn.
